Project: Tender21837 - Contract Administration Services For Mcconnell Lake Road . The Ministry Of Natural Resources Is Issuing A Request For Bid (Rfb) For Contract Administration Services For Mcconnell Lake Road Upgrades. Scope Of Work The Ministry Of Natural Resources Requires A Vendor To Provide Full-Time On-Site Construction Inspection, Contract Administration, And Quality Assurance Services For The Mcconnell Lake Road Upgrades Project. The Selected Vendor Shall Provide Contract Administration Services For The Mcconnell Road Upgrades. The Purpose Of The Contract Administration Is To Ensure That The Construction Contractor Fulfils Contractual Obligations Including Those Respecting Workmanship, Public And Worker Safety, Environmental Protection And Statutory Requirements. In Addition, The Selected Vendor Shall Monitor And Inspect The Contractors Activities To Verify That All Work Is Completed In Accordance With The Construction Contract Documents And Applicable Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (Opss) And Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (Opsd). Construction For Mcconnell Lake Road Upgrades Is Anticipated To Commence In Fall 2026, With Substantial Performance Targeted For October 30, 2026, And Total Performance Targeted For November 27, 2026. The Ministry Anticipates That The Majority Of Construction Activities Will Occur Over A Six- To Eight-Week Period.
