Balaclava, White . The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Rcmp) Requires A Firm Quantity Of 800 Balaclava, White In Accordance With Rcmp Specification G.S. 1045-234 Dated 2025-04-17. The Requirement Includes Three (3) Options Of Up To 250 Balaclava, White (Per Option) That Can Be Exercised Within 24, 36 Or 48 Months Of Contract Award, Respectively. The Requirement Is Solely Limited To Canadian Goods In Accordance With Article 503.4 (B) Of The Canadian Free Trade Agreement. “Canadian Good” Means A Good That Is Wholly Manufactured Or Originated In Canada. Canada May Also Consider A Product That Contains Imported Components To Be A Canadian Good For The Purpose Of This Policy When It Has Undergone Sufficient Change In Canada In A Manner That Satisfies The Definition Specified Under The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (Cusma) Rules Of Origin. For The Purposes Of This Determination, The Reference In The Cusma Rules Of Origin To Territory Of One Or More Of The Parties Is Replaced With Canada.
