The National Accreditation Commission, Hereinafter The “Commission” Or “Cna”, Is An Autonomous Public Body, Created By Law No. 20,129, Of 2006, Whose Function Is To Evaluate, Accredit And Promote The Quality Of Autonomous Universities, Professional Institutes And Technical Training Centers And The Careers And Programs They Offer. In Turn, Article 11 Of The Aforementioned Law Establishes That The Commission Has An Executive Secretariat, Whose Function Is To Support The Development Of The Processes That The Law Entrusts To The Cna. In Its Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan For The Year 2026, Approved By Exempt Resolution No. 030-3, Of January 21, 2026 And Its Modifications, It Contemplates The Contracting Of The Comprehensive People Management Software Service For The National Accreditation Commission. The Objective Of These Bases Is To Determine And Define The General Conditions That Must Be Applied For The Contracting.
