This Contract Must Make It Possible To Respond To The “Support” Aspect Of Households. The Audience Targeted By The Mission Will Only Concern Households (Owner-Occupiers Or Landlords) With Modest And Very Modest Incomes As Well As Landlords Under An Anah Agreement With Works. Continuing With Previous Operations, Component 3 “Support” Will Focus On The Themes Of Energy Renovation, Adaptation And The Fight Against Substandard Housing. Particular Attention Must Be Paid To Reconquering The Vacant Housing Stock. This Support Must Provide Technical, Legal And Administrative Advice. They Will Be Triggered At The Request Of Eligible Households After Guidance By The France Rénov Counter, If Applicable. The Contract Will Include A Part Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Without Minimum And With An Annual Maximum Of 185,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
