Construction Of The Reconstruction Of The School Building Gymnázia Brno, Řečkovice (Hereinafter Also Construction) Consisting Of: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing School Building - Execution Of Additions To The Catering Service And Changing Rooms, Building Insulation, Structural Modifications To The Catering Service And Related Modifications To The Entrance Area Of The School, While Maintaining The Normal Operation Of The School With The Fact That The Internal Spaces Affected By The Construction Will Be Released By The Operator For Construction Work, B) Using The Bim Method, Including The Processing Of Digital Models Of The Construction At The Level Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction (Dsps), Providing Cooperation In The Preparation And Updates Of The Bim Implementation Plan (Bep) And The Use Of A Common Data Environment (Hereinafter Referred To As Cde) Provided By The Client For The Purpose Of Storing, Managing And Sharing Information, All In Accordance With The Bim Protocol And Its Annexes No. 2.1-2.3 (Part Of Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation - Business Conditions), C) In Representing The Client In The Approval Procedure And Ensuring The Issuance Of Approval Decisions Or Consents, Or Other Decisions/Consent Related To The Subject Of The Public Contract, And Possibly Securing Permission To Change The Building Before Its Completion And Representing The Client In The Procedure For Changing The Building Before Its Completion.
