Tramway Passenger Coaches – Open International Electronic Tender For The Upgrade Of Wires And Installation Of Air Conditioners On Wires Serving Lines 2 & 3 Of The Athens Metro. The Auctioned Contract, For The Purposes Of Achieving A Better Operational Result, Is And Is Being Auctioned As A Turn-Key Project Contract, In The Sense That The Contractor Undertakes, Within The Framework Of The Detailed Specifications And Operational Requirements Herein, To Deliver Each Of The Twelve (12) Lines Of Six (6) Vehicles Of The I Series, I.E. A Total Of Seventy-Two (72) Vehicles, Fully Upgraded, With Service Life) 25 Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Briefly, The Object Includes, According To The Terms Of All The Contractual Issues: A1) The Preparation Of The Study. A2) The Upgrading, Testing And Commissioning Of Twelve (12) Trains, Of Six (6) Vehicles Each With A Nominal Operating Voltage Of 750Vdc. A3) The Supply Of The Special Tools, Diagnostic Test Equipment And Dummy, As Defined In The Contract. A4) The Three-Year Guarantee Of Good Operation Of The Trains And The Supply Of The Spare Parts And Consumable Parts Of The Commissioning Period, As Well As The Spare Parts And Consumable Parts Of The Warranty Period Required For These Periods. A5) Compilation And Submission Of Documentation, Maintenance And Operation Manuals And Illustrated Spare Parts Lists. A6) The Training Of Stasy Personnel. B) The Supply Of Initial Support Spare Parts, As Detailed In The Attachment To The Financial Offer Form Initial Support Spare Parts Table. The Above Required Supplies And Services, As Well As Their Detailed Technical Specifications, Are Described In The Technical Specifications Issue (Hereafter It). The Items To Be Procured Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): • 34622100-4 Urban Railway Passenger Wagons. • 34630000-2 Parts Of Railway Or Track Traction Machines Or Rolling Stock; Traffic Control Equipment For Railways. • 50222000-7 Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To One Hundred And Nine Million Euros (€109,000,000) Excluding Vat. The Budget Is Analyzed As Follows: A) For The Above Under No. A1 To A6, An Amount Of One Hundred And Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Euros (€106,500,000) Excluding Vat. B) For The Above Under No. B, An Amount Of Two Million And Five Hundred Thousand Euros (2,500,000) Without Vat It Is Pointed Out That The Financial Offers That Will Be Given Will Not Exceed The Total Budget, Nor The Individual Budgets Of The Above Fields (A) And (B).
