Public Road Transport Services – On-Demand Transport Service (Tad) For The Territory Of The Community Of Communes Of Blaye. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Implement A Public Transport Service On Demand (Tad) In The Territory Of The Community Of Communes Of Blaye, Covering 20 Municipalities. This Is A Door-To-Door Passenger Transport Service, Available Upon Prior Reservation. Reservations Are Managed By A Dedicated Reservation Center Ensuring Journey Planning And Optimization. The Incumbent Is Responsible For The Operational Execution Of The Service, Including The Provision Of Two Vehicles With A Maximum Of 9 Seats, The Necessary Personnel And Resources, The Collection Of Revenues And Monthly Operational Monitoring. The System Aims To Meet Local Mobility Needs, Particularly For Users Who Do Not Have Suitable Transport Solutions. It Includes Internal Travel Within The Territory As Well As Connections To External Centers (Services, Equipment, Connections With Regional Networks And Ter). The Contract Includes An Obligation To Take Over The Personnel In Relation To The Previous Contract. The Expected Services And Locations Of Performance Are Detailed In The C.C.T.P.
