These Rotterdam Residents Are Increasingly Having Difficulty Paying Their Energy Bills, And They Are Not Always Able To Make Their Homes More Sustainable In Order To Reduce Energy Consumption. In 2024, 11.1% Of Rotterdam Residents Suffered From Energy Poverty. With The Increased Energy Prices And The Current Inflation, We Expect That More Rotterdam Residents Will Need Energy-Saving Measures. Specifically For The Rotterdam North Area, The Energy Handymen Assignment Has Been Outsourced To Rotterdam Inclusief, The Labor And People Development Company Of The Municipality Of Rotterdam.
