Construction, Foundation And Surface Works For Highways, Roads - Determining A Contractor For Construction, Major Repairs, Rehabilitation (Including Design) And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Streets, Municipal Roads And Their Facilities In Special Subdistrict (Op) 9 Osvobozhdenie On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Burgas. The Current Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Municipality Of Burgas And Potential Contractors, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts. The Maximum Number Of Potential Contractors With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Is Up To 2 (Two) Or A Smaller Number If There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria Or The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Implementation Of The Public Contract Includes The Activities That Are Related To The Construction (Including The Preparation Of A Project When Necessary), Major Repair, Rehabilitation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Streets And Roads In The Territorial Scope According To Appendix No. T1.9, Namely: - Taking Systematic Care To Ensure Year-Round Normal Operation Of The Road/Street, As Well As Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Technical Condition Of The Road/Street, Road Facilities In Accordance With The Current Legal Acts And Technical Specifications For Construction Products / Incl. Removal Of Single Damages And Deformations On The Elements Within The Scope Of The Road/Street, Road Facilities And Prevention Of Their Further Development/, Removal Of Local Damages Due To The Normal Operation Of The Road And Damage To The Road Surface And Road Facilities. - Construction And Repair (Including Project Preparation) Of Streets And Roads; - Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Construction Materials Corresponding To The Technical Specifications. - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. - Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Public Procurement Contract. The Specific Objects And Types Of Activities Are Specified By The Contracting Authority In Separate Written Invitations To The Potential Contractors Under The Framework Agreement, Depending On The Provided Financial Resources And The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Note: The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Repair And Maintenance Activities Of Road Accessories: Road Signs; Road Markings; Traffic Lights; Autonomous Telephone Speakers; Roadside Plantings; The Emergency Sites; The Energy Supply And Lighting Facilities, Together With Their Adjacent Grounds; Safety Fences, Guide Posts, Snow Protection Equipment; Protective Fences And Other Technical Means For Organizing And Regulating Traffic. They Are The Subject Of Other Contracts Concluded By The Municipality Of Burgas. The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Availability Of Financial Resources, Determines The Type And Number Of Activities, Including The Possibility Of Not Concluding Specific Contracts In The Absence Of Financial Resources Under The Municipal Budget For The Relevant Year And During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, For Which The Potential Contractors Are Not Entitled To Compensation And Penalties.
