To Prepare And Carry Out The Award Process (Ppp Model), The Necessary Technical Project Management And Consulting Services Should Be Awarded To A Team Of Consultants. In Addition To The Coordination And Technical Support Of The Award Process, The Contract Also Includes, In Particular, The Development Of Output-Oriented/Functional Construction Service Descriptions, The Updating Of The Economic Feasibility Study, The Creation Of The Forms For The Submission Of Offers, The Support Of The Negotiations As Well As The Economic And Construction-Technical Evaluation Of The Offers As Well As, After Completion Of The Award Procedure, The Contract And Construction Controlling Accompanying The Planning And Construction To Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Contract In Accordance With The Contract. Legal Advice Services And Procurement Management (Operation Of The Procurement Platform) Are Not The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure.
