Construction Work – Eurovelo11-Building Cycling Infrastructure On Selected Sections Of Cycling Routes In The District Of Sabinov, Iii. Stage (Lipany Ii Stage). The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A New Segregated Eurovelo 11 Cycle Path, Which Will Create New Opportunities For Safe Non-Motorized Transport For Cyclists And Will Lead To An Overall Improvement Of The Environment And The Quality Of Life Of The Residents And Visitors Of The Given Route. The Goal Of The Construction Is To Ensure The Connection Of The Regions Of The Prešov Self-Governing Region For Non-Motorized Transport By Building Bicycle Communication With The Intention Of Improving The Safety And Smoothness Of Road Traffic, Reducing Collision Situations Between Motorized And Non-Motorized Traffic By Creating New Transport Options For Cyclists For Leisure Activities Or For Use On Journeys To Work Or Services.
