Park And Playground Equipment – ​​Design Services And Technical Assistance By The Designer, Purchase And Installation Of Products – Equipment For 4 Playgrounds. The Contracting Authority Has Identified 4 Areas Within The Piatra Neamț Municipality: Str. Unirii (I), Bv. General Nicolae Dascalescu (Ii), Str. Ion Ionescu De La Brad (Iii), Str. Aleea Buciu (Iv), Where It Is Planned To Set Up Playgrounds To High Quality Standards, Which Combine Both Outdoor Play And The Psycho-Locomotor Development Of Children, By Practicing Recreational Activities. The Delivery Term Is A Maximum Of 70 Days And A Minimum Of 40 Calendar Days From The Date Of Issuing The Delivery Order. A Product Is Considered Delivered When All Activities Under The Contract Have Been Completed And The Product/Equipment Is Installed, Operating To The Agreed Parameters And Received By The Contracting Authority/Entity. Each Product Will Be Accompanied By The Documents According To The Legislation In Force. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery Of The Products Within The Agreed Term And For Their Installation And Will Not Invoke Any Reason For Delay Or Additional Costs
