As Part Of A Collaboration Between The Ese And The Lmd, The Ese Is Equipped With Four In Situ Remote Sensing Instruments For The Active And Passive Measurement Of Chlorophyll Fluorescence And The Reflectance Of Plant Cover, Called Sili-Fluo (Sun Induced And Led Induced Fluorescence), Which Will Be Used By The Two Laboratories As Part Of Their Scientific Collaboration Projects. This Is A Contract In Installments Concluded At A Fixed Price For All The Services To Be Carried Out In The Contractual Documents Of The Market And Distributed As Follows: • Firm Tranche (Tf): Supply Of An Instrument For Remote Sensing Of The Chlorophyll Fluorescence Of The Plant Cover In Situ With Its Associated It Tools • Optional Tranche (T0): Supply Of 3 Instruments For Remote Detection Of The Chlorophyll Fluorescence Of The Plant Cover Plant In Situ With Implementation Of Automated Processing Of All Data. The Services Include At Least: • For The Firm Phase: O Construction, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Prototype (Sili-Fluo 1.1) O Test And Calibration Of This Prototype O Installation Of This Prototype On The Barbeau-Fontainbleau Experimental Site O Supply Of It Tools For Real-Time Monitoring And Processing Of Raw Data. • For The Optional Tranche: O Construction And Commissioning Of 3 Instruments (Sili-Fluo 2.1, 2.2 And 2.3) O Test And Calibration Of These Instruments O Installation Of These Instruments On Three Ecosystem Stations O Implementation Of Automated Processing Of All Data From The Measurement Network. The Services Do Not Include The Supply Of Raw Materials, Consumables And Custom Manufacturing. These Will Be Provided By The Ese To The Holder. The Budget Allocated To The Buyer For This Contract Is: • 67,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Firm Tranche • 89,000 Euros For The Optional Tranche
