The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Consists In The Design And Execution Of All The Works Identified In The Documentation For The Approval Of The Intervention Works, The Technical Quality Check Of The Technical Project And Of The Execution Details And Includes: 1. The Development Of The Documentation To Obtain The Approvals/Agreements Necessary To Issue The Building Permit (For The Expired Approvals And For Which It Is Necessary To Draw Up A New Documentation); 2. Elaboration Of Documentation For Pac And Poe; 3. Elaboration Of The Technical Execution Project (Pt + De, Cs) 4. Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works Until The Final Reception; 5. Verification Of Design Documentation By Certified Project Verifiers; 6. Energy Performance Certificate Upon Completion Of Works For Buildings C1 And C2; 7. Technical Book Of The Construction, Project To Track The Behavior Of The Construction Over Time, Design Point Of View At The Reception At The End Of The Works 8. As Built Documentation; 9. Documentation For Obtaining The Fire Safety Permit; 10. The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Products, All Machines, Means And Equipment (Including Any Lifting Or Handling Equipment) Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract; 11. Any Activity Or Provisional Work Necessary For The Preparation Of The Site, Or Any Authorization Required By The Contractor From The Competent Authorities For The Execution Of The Works And The Realization Of The Temporary Activities And Works; 12. The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machines, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; 13. Any Testing And Relevant Tests, Such As These Tests And Tests Required By Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of The Quality Assurance System In Construction; 14. Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; 15. Normal And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Works Until They Are Handed Over To The Contracting Authority; 16.
