Machinery And Apparatus For Filtering Or Purifying Gases – Procurement Of Hydrogen Separation System With Permeable Membrane Within The Project Romanian Hydrogen Hub And New Energy Technologies - Ro-Hydrohub Code Smis 351358. It Is Requested To Provide An Integrated Hydrogen Generation And Purification System By The Catalytic Cracking Of Ammonia For The Continuous Production Of High Purity Hydrogen For Research, Development And Technology Testing Applications. The System Must Realize The Production Of Hydrogen By The Catalytic Decomposition Of Ammonia In A Catalytic Reactor, Followed By The Purification Of Hydrogen By Selective Separation With A Palladium-Based Membrane, So That A High-Purity Hydrogen Stream Corresponding To The Requirements Of Experimental And Technological Applications Is Obtained. The Equipment Must Be Supplied As An Integrated Unit, Including At Least The Catalytic Reactor, The Selective Membrane Purification Unit, The Control And Automation System, And All Components Necessary For Safe Operation And Performance. The Reactor Must Be Equipped With Catalyst Suitable For The Ammonia Cracking Process And Allow Loading And Replacement Of The Catalyst. The System Must Work Automatically And Continuously, Be Designed For Liquid Ammonia Supply And Ensure The Production And Purification Of Hydrogen In A Single Compact Technological Assembly, Requiring Only The Connection To The Utilities Provided By The Manufacturer For The Commissioning And Operation Of The Equipment.
