Work Detail
Radio, Television, Communication, Telecommunication And Related Equipment – Framework Agreement For A Nurse Call System - Medical Call System. Uz Leuven Wishes To Enter Into A Vos/Mos Framework Agreement With The Aim Of Setting Up A Long-Term Strategy For Replacing And Expanding The Current Nurse Call Systems (Vos) In Uz Leuven And, If Desired, Expanding Them With A Medical Call System (Mos). The Assignment Involves Supplying, Configuring, Commissioning And Maintaining The Nurse Call System (Vos)/Medical Call System (Mos). The Call System Must Be Able To Be Integrated Into Any Situation Due To The Following Features: - The System Is Developed In Such A Way That It Can Evolve With New Possibilities And Needs In A Simple And Cost-Efficient Manner. - The System Has An Open Platform, Allowing Seamless Integration With Other Systems. There May Be No Limits On The Number Of Tests Or Patients/Residents That Can Be Connected. - The System Has Been Developed In Such A Way That It Integrates Seamlessly With Both Current And Future Generations Of Calling Systems. This System Therefore Guarantees Continuity In The Very Long Term. The System Has Been Developed So That It Can Be Seamlessly Connected To An Alarm Server From A 3Rd Party Supplier. - The System Supports Various Wireless Communication Platforms, Such As Bluetooth, Wifi, Gsm And 3G/4G/5G, Which Provides Great Flexibility. In Addition To Wireless Networks, All Calls Can Also Be Visualized On Room Lights, Room Displays, Computer Screens, Via Email, Or To Applications Already In Use. After The Selection Of The Candidates, The Contracting Authority Organizes Site Visits And Provides A Phase In Which The Selected Candidates Must Realize A Test Setup Of The Proposed Nurse Call System. These Activities Are Part Of The Second Phase Of The Procedure And Are Carried Out Exclusively With The Selected Candidates. The Site Visits Are Conducted Without The Presence Of Suppliers So That The Selected Candidates Receive A Neutral And Uninfluenced Impression Of The Existing Infrastructure And The Context In Which The Nurse Call System Will Be Integrated. Each Selected Candidate Must Provide A Test Setup With His Proposed Nurse Call System. This Test Setup Must Enable The Contracting Authority To Verify The Functionalities, Integration Options And Technical Requirements. The Test Setup Is Only Used To Prepare The Quotation And Is Not Part Of The Assessment In The Selection Phase. These Activities Are Started Immediately After The Selection Of The Candidates. Total Term Of This Framework Agreement: 180 Months.
