Operating Techniques – Expansion Of Inventory Instruments, Container Replacement And Sieve Organization Of All Surgical Departments At The Medical University Of Lausitz - Carl Thiem. The Aim Is To Renew The Mul-Cts Complete Range Of Sieve Containers (Iso And Small Sieves). Associated With This Is The Restructuring Of The Contents And Titles Of Frequently Used Screens, Whereby The Structures And Contents Of Screens That Are Rarely Used Are Retained. The New Structures And The Quality Of The Instruments Should Be Maintained Through Repair Management. All Of The Departments Mentioned Above Are Affected By The Change. A List Of The Target Structures (Screen Container Types, Instruments And Refill Reserve) Can Be Found In Appendices 1 To 3 (Appendices - Other). In Total, The Lineup Contains Approximately 130 Newly Configured Instrument Container Types And Approximately 325 Unchanged Instrument Container Types, With A Total Of Approximately 1000 Instrument Containers. The Aim Is To Further Establish The Sieve And Instrument Standards. The Service Description Includes The Following Content On Replacing The Sieve Container, Expanding The Range Of Instruments, Reorganizing The Sieve, Adapting The Transport System, Supporting The Implementation And Repair Management. The Offer Must Include The Content Shown Below. The Implementation Of The Sieve Reorganization Must Be Carried Out Within 3 Years (Appendix 11) And Must Be Carried Out On A Departmental Basis. Mul-Ct Intends To Conclude A Framework Contract For Repair Management With A Company In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 3 Of The Procurement Ordinance (Vgv) With A Term Of 4 Years. The Term Of The Contract Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Or Contractor Terminates The Contract With A Notice Period Of 12 Months To The End Of The Contract Term Or The Respective Extension Period. The Maximum Contract Term Is Limited To 8 Years In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 6 Vgv. The Term Of The Contract Begins On January 1St, 2027.
