Bus Service Station – Management Of The Versailles Bus Station Construction Sites. The Versailles Grand Parc Urban Community Exercises Responsibility For “Transport And Organization Of Mobility” In Place Of The Municipalities. As Such, It Wishes To Entrust The Management Of The Versailles Chantiers Bus Station To A Service Provider For A Period Of 4 Years As Part Of A Public Procurement Procedure. This Bus Station Was Put Into Service In August 2019. The Scope Of Intervention Of The Future Manager Includes The 15 Berths At The Bus Station As Well As The 5 Berths On Rue De Labbé Rousseaux. The Place Of Performance Of The Services Is Versailles Chantiers Bus Station, Located On The Ground Floor Of Hall 2 Of The Versailles Chantiers Multimodal Exchange Center (Pem), On The North Side Of The Railway Tracks (Cf. Appendix 2 Scope Of Intervention Of The Cctp). The Form Chosen For The Execution Of The Contract Is An Ordinary Service Contract. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Ranging From January 1, 2027 Or Its Date Of Notification If The Latter Is Later Until December 31, 2030. The Conditions Of Performance Of The Services Are Described In The Cctp. The Execution Times Are Defined In Article 4 Of The Ccap. The Prices Are Fixed And The Revision Terms Are Defined In Article 5 Of The Ccap. Penalties Are Defined In Article 8 Of The Ccap
