Buses And Coaches – Purchase Of A Bus For The Transport Of Students To Primary Schools By The Domaniewice Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Students To Primary Schools By The Domaniewice Commune, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2026. 1. The Following Regulations Apply To The Bus Equipment: The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment. 1.1. Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. 1.2. The Bus Must Be Technically Efficient, Complete And Free From Defects. 1.3. The Seller Should Be The Owner Of The Vehicle Or Have A Written Right To Dispose Of It. The Vehicle Cannot Constitute Bank Security Or Third Party Property Rights. The Elements Included In The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. 1.4. After Technical Acceptance, The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle On Its Own To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 1.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Bus Be Powered By A Diesel Engine Meeting The Following Requirements: Requirements 1) Exhaust Emission Level Min. Euro-6 Step - E (Annex I To Regulation Ec No. 595/2009 - Oj Eu L167/1 Of 25/06/2011) As Amended. They Must Be Protected From Contamination. 2) Must Be Adapted To Fuel Containing Biocomponents In The Maximum Amounts Provided For By Applicable Standards And Regulations (Pn En590:2013 Replaced By Pn-En 590:2022-08) - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. 4) The Engine Control System Cannot Contain Hidden Programs That Change The Exhaust Emission Level Depending On Its Operating Mode. 1.6. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Mechanical Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Paint Coating And Electrical And Electronic Assemblies And Subassemblies, Mechanisms, Including The Running Gear, With No Mileage Limit. 1.7. Classification Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 34121000-1 - Buses And Coaches 1.8. The Bus Being The Subject Of This Order Must Be A Brand New Vehicle (As Defined In The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), I.E. It Cannot Be Previously Registered And The Mileage Of The Delivered Bus Cannot Exceed 2,000 Km. Moreover, The Bus Cannot Be Previously Used For Test And Demonstration Drives. The Bus It Cannot Be A Prototype And Must Be Mass-Produced, I.E. This Type Has Already Been Sold To Carriers In The European Union Or Associated Countries. 1.9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Includes Products From European Union Member States And Countries With Which The European Union Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Enterprises.
