The Subject Of Public Procurement Is The Procurement Of Vehicles For The Needs Of The Department Of Emergency Medicine Of The Split-Dalmatia County, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Other Required Conditions Indicated In This Procurement Documentation. - Procurement Of Vehicles For Outpatient Emergency Medicine Type B, 10 Pieces, With Built-In Medical Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Procurement. Remark! Important!!! - The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Customer Only New And Unused Vehicles, Manufactured In 2026 Or Not Older Than One Year From The Start Of The Public Procurement Procedure. - The Subject Of Purchase Must Comply With Hrn En 1789:2024 (Type B) Standard, I.E. A Successor To The Specified Standard Or An Equivalent Standard. - The Bidder Is Obliged To Attach To The Vehicle All The Documentation Required For The Vehicle Registration Procedure. The Documentation Is Submitted When Signing The Handover Report At The Address Of The Department Of Emergency Medicine Of The Split-Dalmatia County. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Customer With Continuous Insight Into The Progress Of The Vehicles Manufacturing And Medical Upgrades At Key Production Stages. The Method Of Inspection Depends On The Location Where Production And Upgrading Are Carried Out: If The Place Of Production And Upgrading Is Located In The Territory Of The Republic Of Croatia: The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable The Client To Physically Visit And Inspect The Works At The Production Location Itself (Field Control). The Contractor Undertakes To Do So In Writing By Electronic Mail (E-Mail) No Later Than Three (3) Working Days Before The Planned End Of That Phase, So That The Client Can Organize The Arrival And Perform An On-Site Inspection Before Proceeding To The Next Phase. If The Place Of Production And Upgrading Is Located Outside The Territory Of The Republic Of Croatia (Abroad): The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Client With A Detailed Progress Report By Electronic Mail (E-Mail), To Notify The Client Of The Completion Of Each Phase No Later Than Three (3) Working Days After The Completion Of Each Of The Mentioned Phases. Each Report Must Contain At Least Five (5) Clear, High-Resolution Photographs That Clearly Show The Progress And Compliance Of The Works With The Technical Specifications From This Procurement Documentation. The Key Production Phases For Which Verification Is Carried Out (Physical Inspection Or Photo Report) Are: Phase I. – Installations And Supports Before Closing With Formwork Phase Ii. – After Painting And Making The Floor And Installing The Formwork; Layout In The Patient Area (Equipment Racks, Cabinets, Stretchers, Seats...). If, During The Physical Inspection Or On The Basis Of The Photos Received, The Client Determines A Deviation From The Technical Specifications, The Contractor Is Obliged To Eliminate The Defects At His Own Expense Within Five (5) Working Days And To Enable A Re-Inspection, I.E. To Submit New Evidence (Photographs) Of The Correction. The Vehicle Delivery Deadline Is An Essential Component Of The Purchase Agreement. The Vehicles Must Be Fully Delivered By December 1, 2026 At The Latest. During The Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Customer And The Selected Bidder Will Draw Up The Handover
