Based On Several Years Of Experience, The Client Calculates A) Operational Support, B) Adaptation Developments And C) Conception Work Together With The Following Hourly Requirements For The Service Areas Mentioned In Section 3.2: Basic Contract Term: - 2027: 4,800 Hours - 2028: 4,800 Hours - 2029: 4,800 Hours - 2030: 4,000 Hours For Extension Option 1 (2 Years): - 2031: 4,000 Hours - 2032: 4,000 Hours With Extension Option 21 (2 Years): - 2031: 4,000 Hours - 2032: 4,000 Hours The Calculation Is Based On A Breakdown Into The Three Performance Areas At The Following Estimated Percentages Of The Total Work Volume: A. Proportion Of Conception Work: 20% This Assumes A Linear, Equal Distribution Of The Workload Over The Contract Period, Which, However, E.G. B. Unused Hour Quotas From Previous Years Can Be Used For This Purpose.
