The Contracting Authority Onesti Municipality Intends To Award A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Necessary Electricity To Consumers In The Administration Of Onesti Municipality For A Period Of 12 Months, According To Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Through The Purchase Of Electricity, Onesti Municipality Ensures Both The Smooth Running Of The Public Institutions Activity In All The Areas In Which It Operates, As Well As The Optimal Conditions For Travel And Security In The Public Domain By Ensuring Adequate Lighting At Night. The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Done Respecting The Quality Parameters According To The Standards Issued By The Regulatory Authority In The Field And Under The Increased Technical Safety Conditions Imposed By The Legal Regulations In Force. At The Present Moment, The Contracting Authority Estimates That The Following Amounts Of Electricity Will Be Consumed At The Consumption Points Mentioned In The Terms Of Reference: Minimum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement: 100 Mwh Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement: 2,850.00 Mwh Minimum Quantity Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 100 Mwh Maximum Quantity Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 1,550.00 Mwh Minimum Framework Agreement Value 113,203.40 Lei Without Vat Maximum Framework Agreement Value 3,226,296.90 Lei Without Vat Minimum Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 113,203.40 Lei Without Vat Maximum Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 1,754,652.70 Lei Without Vat Also, It Is Estimated That The Framework Agreement Will Contain 2 (Two) Contracts Subsequent Structured For 6 Months Each. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is Up To The 15Th Day (Inclusive) Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. In Accordance With Art. 161 Paragraph (1) Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authoritys Response To These Requests Must Be Sent On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
