The Roofing And Plumbing Services Essentially Include The Following Work: - Demolition And Disposal Of The Existing Roof Covering And The Existing Plumbing Components - Production Of A New Roof Seal Polymer Bitumen Welding Membranes - Production Of New Sheet Metal Covers In The Area Of The Balustrades - Installation Of Roof Exits, Elevator Smoke Extraction Elements And Ventilation Pipes - Delivery And Installation Of New Drainage Channels And Emergency Drains, Partly As Special Components - Substructure For The Pv System Roof Area To Be Processed: Approx. 450 M² Maintenance Services Are Part Of This Tender - Duration 4 Years Start And End Of Order Execution Start Of Execution: 42Nd Week 2026, No Later Than The Last Working Day Of This Week. End Of Execution: Within 100 Working Days After The Start Of Execution
