The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Four Brand New (Manufactured In 2026) Forest Mulchers (Shredders For Logging Residues). Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Specifications Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 2) Additional Information: A) Minimum Required Warranty Period - 12 Months Or 2,000 Operating Hours Of The Device, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Handover And Acceptance Protocol For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. B) Delivery Includes Transport And Unloading To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, I.E. To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. C) Until The Ordering Party Receives The Order, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor. D) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery Item If It Is Defective Or If It Is Inconsistent With The Order Placed. E) The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of The Delivered Item. When Signing The Contract, The Supplier Is Obliged To Present The Manufacturers Authorization Documents For Performing Service Activities, I.E. A Statement Which Will Show That The Performance Of Warranty Services By The Supplier Will Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Manufacturers Warranty. F) The Contractor Will Provide Time For Diagnosis In The Event Of A Machine Failure Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Notification By The Ordering Party. However, The Repair Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting The Failure (In Justified Objective Cases Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, Counting From The Date Of Diagnosis). G) The Contractor Will Provide Service Under The Warranty, Including Service Inspections, Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Notification By The Ordering Party. H) The Contractor Will Organize Training For The Employers Employees In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Location, I.E. 66-200 Świebodzin, Ul. Poznańska 10 Within 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Device. I) Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Civil Liability Insurance Policy Covering The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00. J) The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Standards Applicable In Poland And Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law.
