The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Vehicle For The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste, Such As An Electric Garbage Truck, Category N2, With A Single-Chamber Box Body And A Rear Loading Device With Technical Parameters Described In Chapter C Of The Swz, Together With Equipment, Monitoring System, Documentation, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, Operation Warranty And Service. 3. On The Day Of Collection, The Vehicle Must Be Complete, Operational, Approved For Traffic On Public Roads In Poland And Ready To Perform Tasks Without The Ordering Party Having To Incur Additional Expenses, With The Exception Of Current Costs Of Energy And Consumables Expressly Excluded In The Swz.
