The Contractor Will Perform The Function Of Ebl And Ebl-V For The Railway Infrastructure And Rail Transport Company For Shipping In The Island Community Of Langeoog Of The Ag In Accordance With The Order And Business Instructions; 2. The Contractor Carries Out All Tasks Of The Railway Operations Manager Ordinance As Ebl And Ebl-V In The Currently Valid Version. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Investigation And Evaluation Of Dangerous Events In Railway Operations/Emergency Management Of The Named Railway Company. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Preparation And Implementation Of Inspections By The Railway Supervisory Authorities. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Tasks To Be Coordinated With Other Parties Involved. 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing Engineering Services For Further Projects For The Island Railway (Narrow-Gauge Railway) For Shipping In The Island Community Of Langeoog.
