The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of An External Evaluation Of The Project Community For All, Project Registration Number Cz.03.02.03/00/23_053/0004169, Which Will Include, In Particular, An Evaluation Of The Fulfillment Of The Projects Goals And The Implementation Process And Evaluation Of The Achieved Results And Possibly Short-Term Impacts Of The Project. The External Evaluation Supplier Will Use The Outputs And Findings From The Individual Key Activities Of The Project, Especially From The Key Activity Analytical Support – Ka 02B. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Evaluation, The Evaluation Requirements Will Be Met According To The Manual General Part Of The Rules For Applicants And Beneficiaries Within The Opz And The Evaluation Outputs Will Meet Professional Standards In Accordance With The Methodology For Self-Evaluation Of Non-Competitive Projects. •The Main Objective Of The External Evaluation Will Be The Verification Of The Fulfillment Of The Main Objective And Specific Objectives Of The Project. Verification Of The Fulfillment Of The Projects Goals Will Take Place Using The Summative Evaluation Method And Will Involve The Evaluation Of Immediate Impacts. •The Partial Goal Is To Evaluate The Fulfillment Of Two Key Activities Of The Project: O Implementation Of Dissemination, Educational And Awareness-Raising Activities (Within Ka 01 - Dissemination, Education And Awareness Activities) O Negotiation, Setting Up And Progress Of Cooperation With Selected Municipalities In Systematic Cooperation (Mainly Ka 02A - Arrangement And Management Of Cooperation).
