I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, Operation Of Technical Protection Systems In Buildings And Areas Adjacent To The Buildings Of The Zus Branch In Częstochowa And The Local Organizational Units Of Zus In Koniecpol, Kłobuck, Lubliniec And Myszków, I.E. In The Following Facilities Located In: 1. The Building Of The Zus Branch Located In Częstochowa At Ul. Dąbrowskiego 43/45, 2. Zus Inspectorate Buildings Located In: 2.1. Kłobuck At Ul. Targowa 3A, 2.2. Lubliniec At Ul. Oleska 26, 2.3. Myszków At Ul. Sikorskiego 57. 2. The Building Of The Field Office Located In Koniecpol At Ul. Rynek 1, Through: - Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Of The Social Insurance Institution, Branch In Częstochowa And Local Organizational Units - Supervision Of Facilities Using Monitoring Of Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems; - Undertaking Activities Of Intervention Groups; - Closing And Opening Specific Objects. Ii. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order, I.E. Direct Permanent Physical Protection, Excluding Monitoring Of Electronic Alarm Systems And The Intervention Group. Iii. Option Right: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right In The Event Of: 1. The Need To Strengthen Protection In The Event Of The Introduction Of Alert Levels By The Prime Minister, The Minister Responsible For Internal Affairs. The Option Right Referred To In This Point Will Consist In Increasing The Number Of Man-Hours During The Term Of The Contract To A Maximum Of 840 Hours; 2. Occurrence Of Special Needs Of The Ordering Party (I.E. Periodic Cleaning, Renovation Works, Failure Of Alarm Systems And Devices Monitoring These Systems, Work Related To Removing The Effects Of Failure, Operation Of Customer Service Rooms After Office Hours And On Days Off, Etc.) - Ad Hoc Protection. The Option Right Referred To In This Point Will Consist In Increasing The Number Of Man-Hours During The Term Of The Contract To A Maximum Of 1,464 Hours. Iv. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Scope Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right And The Circumstances Of Exercising This Right, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), I.E. In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. V. On-Site Visit: The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of Contractors Interested In Submitting An Offer Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Of The Buildings And Rooms Covered By The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Procedure At The Stage Of Preparation Of The Offer. An On-Site Visit Is Not Necessary To Submit An Offer, And Therefore The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Act.
