Plastic Sticks – Obtaining A Sampling Stick. Procurement Of Sampling Sticks For Avian Flu Virus Detection: Domestic Birds And General Virological Sampling Sticks - 1,500,000 Pcs / 36 Months Wild Bird Sampling Sticks - 45,000 Pcs 2 Blister Packs / 36 Months Lasts Until The Quantity Is Exhausted. The Products Offered By The Bidder Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Technical Description. Compliance With The Requirements Imposed On The Product Can Be Verified With A Product Description, Or If It Does Not Contain Data On The Requirements Imposed By The Contracting Authority, In That Case, With A Manufacturers Declaration. 1.) Domestic Bird And General Virological Sampling Sticks Packaging / Packaging • 1,000-2,000 Sticks/Collective Packaging And • 100 Sticks/Package (Bulk Packaging) 2.) Wild Bird Sampling Sticks Packaging / Packaging • 250-500 Blisters/Collective Packaging And • 25-50 Blisters/Package And • 2 Sticks/Foil Blister The Net Bid The Unit Price Shall Apply To 1 Stick In The Case Of Domestic Bird And General Virological Sampling Sticks, In The Case Of Wild Bird Sampling Sticks To A Blister Pack Of 2 (2 Sticks/Blister Pack), Including Other Additional Costs Necessary For Contractual Performance (E.G. Shipping Costs). The Bid Unit Price Must Be Given In Huf Net, In Whole Numbers, With 0 Decimal Places, And Cannot Be Linked To The Exchange Rate Of Any Other Foreign Currency. 321/2015. (X.30.) Reg. According To § 46, Paragraph (3), If The Contracting Authority Refers To A Thing Of A Specific Make Or Origin, Or To A Specific Procedure That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type, Or A Given Origin Or Production Process, Then It Is Also Obliged To Accept An Equivalent. 321/2015. (X.30.) Reg. According To § 46, Paragraph (5), If The Contracting Authority Refers To A Specific Standard, Technical Permit, Technical Specifications, Technical Recommendation, Then It Is Obliged To Accept An Equivalent One, If The Tenderer Proves In An Appropriate Way, By Any Suitable Means, That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified In The Public Procurement Technical Description In An Equivalent Way. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That If An Equivalent Product Is Offered, The Tenderer Must Prove The Equivalence In His Offer. In The Second Part Of The Framework Agreement Procedure, The Kbt. Pursuant To § 105, Paragraph (1), Point A), The Bidder Calls The Necessary Quantities By Direct Order. The Quantity Of The Product Purchased Based On Ad Hoc Orders May Not Exceed The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement. During The Performance Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Determine The Actual Usage For Each Tender
