The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Renovation Of The Plinth And External Stairs, The Replacement Of Windows And Doors, And The Implementation Of Waterproofing Of Foundations Using The Injection Method In The Building At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 97 In Suwałki, Owned By The Suwałki Commune. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Cover A Wider Scope Of Works Than The Subject Of This Order, Including A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Buildings Façade Along With The Replacement Of Windows And Doors. The Subject Of This Order Is Only The Scope Of Works Indicated In Section 1 And Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Covered By This Procedure. To The Extent That The Design Documentation Includes Works That Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Order, They Are Not Subject To Valuation Or Implementation By The Contractor. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary And Informative Document When Preparing An Offer.
