Road Transport Services – Transportation Services For Pupils Of Garešnica Elementary School And Trnovitički Popovac Elementary School. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Transportation Service For Students Of Garešnica Elementary School And Trnovitički Popovac Elementary School, To And From Classes, Every School Day, In The Period From September To June Of The Current School Year 2026/2027. For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide A Student Transportation Service Via Special Line Transportation In Accordance With The Attached Cost Sheet And Other Conditions From The Procurement Documentation, From The Students Place Of Residence To The School And After The End Of Classes From The School To The Place Of Residence, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of Student Transportation From The Annex To This Don. The Carrier Must Perform The Transportation Service In A Timely And Regular Manner Every School Day, In A Safe Manner, With Buses That Comply With The Ordinance On The Conditions That Must Be Met By Buses Used For The Organized Transportation Of Children (Narodne Novine No. 100/08 And 20/09), According To The Routes From The Specifications And Cost Sheet. If There Is A Breakdown Of The Bus During The Transportation Of Children, The Selected Tenderer Undertakes To Send A Replacement Bus (Which Must Meet The Requirements Of The Aforementioned Ordinance) As Soon As Possible To Transport The Children To Their Destination. The Transportation Service Will Be Provided Approximately For 170 Teaching Days. Transportation Is Performed As Special Transportation Exclusively According To The Transportation Routes Defined In This Don. Depending On New Circumstances (Eg Construction Of New Schools Or Closure Of Existing Schools), There May Be An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Transport Routes, I.E. The Number Of Kilometers, As Well As The Number Of Children Per Individual Route. The Client Freely And Without Restrictions Made Available All The Aforementioned Documentation Through The Eojn Of The Republic Of Croatia. Bidders Are Obliged To Offer Only The Entire Procurement Item.
