The Current Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Low And Medium Voltage Electricity With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And The Assumption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For The Contracting Authoritys Sites, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Energy Act (Ee), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy At Low Voltage And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For Nha Facilities Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Delivery Includes: Delivery Of Low-Voltage Electricity, Preparation Of Documents And Registration At The Initial Change Of Supplier; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Employer; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Employer, With Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Expense Of The Contractor, And Participation In The Company Balancing Group. In The Capacity Of Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Procurators Sites, Include The Procurator As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, Without The Procurator Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Procurators Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Hourly Consumption Schedules Of The Procurator.
