The Order Includes The Delivery Of Dairy And Other Products According To The Assortment And In The Quantity Indicated On The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Quantities Presented Therein Are Estimated Quantities. Actual Quantities Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Complete The Order For At Least 60% Of The Contract Value. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Type Of Assortment During The Execution Of The Contract If The Product Offered By The Contractor Is Withdrawn From Production - In This Situation, After Agreement With The Ordering Party, The Contractor May Propose A Different Product At The Prices Proposed For The Withdrawn Product. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Replace The Product Range During The Execution Of The Contract If The Product Does Not Meet The Ordering Partys Expectations With An Equivalent Product At The Price Given In The Offer.
