The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Support Rte And Cte In Their Relationships With Financial Rating Agencies, Including Regular Analysis Of The Rating And The Elements That Influence It, Preparation Of Discussions (Annual Reviews, Follow-Up Meetings, Responses To Specific Requests), As Well As Strategic Recommendations To Maintain Or Improve The Credit Profile Of Rte And Cte. The Expected Services Include: A Rating Monitoring Mission With Standard & Poor’S. The Contract May Also Cover: A Mission To Monitor A Potential Second Rating With The Selected Agency, An Assessment Of The Impacts On The Rating Of The Financing Diversification Strategy; Support For Financial Modeling In Order To Predict Changes In The Rating. The Supplier Must Propose A Strategic Approach Allowing Rte And Cte To Benefit From Expert, Regular And Responsive Support On All Of These Rating Issues. Ps: The Candidate Confirms The Absence Of Conflict Of Interest And Confirms His Independence. This Is A Joint Rte And Cte Consultation Aimed At Selecting A Supplier Responsible For Carrying Out The Mission Described. Each Entity Will Have Its Own Contract With The Selected Supplier. The Maximum Authorized Amount (Mma) Of €1.6M Applies To The Entire Call For Tenders, That Is To Say, For Rte And Cte Combined.
