The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Procurement Of A Vehicle For Transporting Waste - A Garbage Truck, According To The Detailed Description In The Appendix To The Technical Specifications, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Entire Procurement Subject In Accordance With The Description Of The Procurement Subject (Attachment To The Technical Specifications). An Offer In Which The Entire Procurement Item Is Not Offered Will Be Rejected. In Its Offer, The Bidder Is Obliged To Submit A Completed Attachment Of The Technical Specifications Of This Documentation, Which Confirms That The Offered Vehicle Is A Garbage Truck In Accordance With The Requirements Regarding The Description Of The Procurement Item And The Requirements Prescribed In The Technical Specifications. In Order For The Offer To Be Considered Valid From A Technical Point Of View, The Garbage Truck Offered Must Meet All The Requirements From The Technical Specifications Annex To This Documentation, That Is, The Offer Must Include All The Items As Requested. The Bidder May Offer A Garbage Truck Of Only One Manufacturer And Brand, And One Model And Type. The Vehicle To Be Delivered Must Be New And Unused, Min. 2026 Year Of Production. The Garbage Truck Must Be Homologated. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Provide Free Repair Of Defects On The Garbage Truck Within The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Vehicle And An Upgrade Of A Minimum Of 24 Months / 250,000 Km To The Transmission Group (Engine, Gearbox And Differential), Which Includes The Replacement Of Parts, Labor And All Other Expenses Related To The Intervention.
