Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of A Multi-Sector Concept For The Reconstruction Of Szkolna Street And Neighboring Roads In Pogórze, Kosakowo Commune And Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Zrid Decision 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Reconstruction Of Szkolna Street In The Entire Scope Of The Road Along With The Reconstruction Of The Honorary Blood Donors Roundabout; 2) Reconstruction/Construction Of Słowackiego, Stefana Żeromskiego, Majakowski, Broniewskiego, Marii Konopnicka, Henryka Sienkiewicza And Juliana Tuwima Streets; The Field Scope Of The Study Was Marked For Each Task On The Sketches Constituting An Annex To The Opz - Annexes No. 1. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of A Multi-Sector Concept For The Construction/Reconstruction Of Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order, 2) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Based On The Approved Concept, In Particular: Design Documentation (Construction Design, Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Investor Cost Estimates, As Well As Other Studies Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which The Subject Of The Order Is Being Implemented, 3) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Arrangements And Permits For The Implementation Of The Investment, 4) Obtaining, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Document Authorizing The Commencement And Execution Of Construction Works (I.E. A Permit For The Implementation Of The Zrid Road Investment). As Part Of The Developed Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain One Zrid Decision For The Entire Investment Project. It Is Possible To Obtain A Separate Zrid Decision For The Scope Of The Designed Roundabout, Intersections Of The Following Streets: Ul. Szkolna, Ul. Cadmium. X. Czernicki, Ul. Col. Stanisław Dąbek, Ul. Rural. 5) Designers Participation In Public Consultations At The Investment Design Stage (Approx. 3 Meetings With Residents Of The Kosakowo Commune). 6) Within The Scope Of The Order, The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Prepare All Applications At The Design Stage, Including Issuing A Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, And To Introduce Any Changes Or Additions To The Above-Mentioned Applications That Will Prove Necessary In Connection With The Course Of Administrative Proceedings Or Beneficial For The Subject Of The Order Being Implemented Or Will Be Required By Law. 7) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Need To Immediately Remove Defects And Defects At The Expense Of The Contractor, In Particular: - Prepare Additional Drawings And Descriptions If The Design Documentation Does Not Sufficiently Explain The Technical Solutions, - Immediately Make Corrections And Additions To The Design Documentation, Provide Answers And Explanations In The Course Of The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For Construction Works Conducted By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Documentation Developed By The Contractor, And The Answers Should Be Provided Within The Deadline Immediately, But Not Longer Than Two Days A Year
