Maintenance Services Of Public-Lighting Installations And Traffic Lights – Maintenance And Repair Services Of Street And Other Public Space Lighting Systems, Light Boxes, Smart Crossing Systems, Decorative-Informational Border Signs, Holiday Decoration Decorations, Fountains And Their Lighting Devices (International Open Tender). The Procuring Organization Intends To Purchase The Maintenance And Repair Services Of Street And Other Public Space Lighting Systems, Light Boxes, Smart Crossing Systems, Decorative And Informational Border Signs, Holiday Decoration Decorations, Fountains And Their Lighting Devices. The Requirements For The Procurement Object Are Set Out In Appendix 2 Technical Specification Of The Special Procurement Conditions, Appendix 3 Service Quantity Sheets. The Services Are Provided For 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract (Including The Period Of Preparation For The Provision Of Services, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract) With The Possibility Of Extending The Term Of Service Under The Same Conditions 2 (Two) Times After 12 (Twelve) Months. The Total Duration Of Service Provision With Extensions Cannot Be Longer Than 60 (Sixty) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Purchase Agreement, Or Until The Value Of The Initial Contract Specified In The Contract Agreement Is Reached (Whichever Condition Is Earlier). Circumstances Under Which The Purchase Contract May Be Extended Are Specified In Clause 11.2 Of The Special Conditions Of The Contract.
