The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Successive Collection And Transport Of Waste From The Municipal Waste Utilization Plant In Hryniewicze (Hereinafter Referred To As Zuok), As Well As Its Collection And Management Or Direct Management, Depending On The Method Of Implementation Adopted By The Contractor In Accordance With Its Decisions, Permits, Authorizations Or Entries Required By Law. The Waste Covered By The Agreement Is Classified In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10) As Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste, Including Mixed Substances And Objects, From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Listed In 19 12 11. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes A Basic Order In The Amount Of 15 000 Mg Of Waste That Will Be Managed In One Of The R1-R12 Recovery Processes In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As: Waste Act). 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option During The Term Of The Agreement In The Form Of An Increase The Basic Order Specified In Section 1 By A Maximum Of 12,000 Mg, I.E. The Total Amount Of Waste Covered By The Basic Order And The Option Will Not Exceed 27,000 Mg. If The Option Specified In This Section Is Used, The Unit Price (Net) For 1 Mg Does Not Change, Subject To The Provisions Of § 10 Of The Agreement.
