Railway Lines As Part Of Npw Ertms - Phase Ii. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Comprehensive Radio Measurements Of The Gsm-R Infrastructure, Carried Out For The Purposes Of The Certification Process In Accordance With The Requirements Of Tsi Ccs. The Comprehensive Radio Measurements Of The Gsm-R Infrastructure Include The Following Elements: A) Conducting Radio Measurements Of The Gsm-R Network, Which Is The Basis For The Ec Verification Process Of The Command And Signaling - Trackside Devices Subsystem In The Part Relating To The Gsm-R System, In The Field Of Radio Voice Communication And Radio Data Exchange; B) Preparation Of Reports On The Above-Mentioned Measurements. C) The Contractor Will Provide All The Necessary Infrastructure Needed For Measurements, E.G. Measuring Vehicles, Measuring Equipment. D) Cooperation With The Ordering Party On Topics Related To The Implementation Of Radio Measurements (E.G. Assistance In Developing Temporary Regulations). 2. Based On The Framework Agreement Concluded After The Procedure, The Ordering Party May Conclude Contracts With Contractors For The Implementation Of Executive Orders. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Included In The Opz - Annex Iii To The Swz. 4. The Method Of Executing The Order And The Rules For Awarding Executive Orders Are Included In The Terms And Conditions Of The Framework Agreement And The Draft Terms And Conditions Of The Executive Agreement. 5.
