Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Renovation Campus Wuppertal, Ve402 Heating + Cooling. The Project Aims To Achieve A Holistic Renovation Of The Heat Supply And Air Conditioning. No Existing Systems Remain In The Building Distribution. The Entire Heating Supply Is Provided Via A District Heating Connection From Stadtwerke Wuppertal. This Is Converted To The Building Parameters Via A District Heating Transfer Station And Distributed In The Heating And Cooling Center In The North Of The Ground Floor Via Two Heating Distributors. These Are Divided Into A Distributor With The Outlets For Ventilation Devices East And West, Radiators And Domestic Hot Water Preparation Including A Reserve. The Other Distributor Is Preceded By A Separating Heat Exchanger For Safety Purposes, As Its Distribution Takes Place In A 4-Pipe System. In Addition To The Radiators That Heat All Toilet Areas, Stairwells And Adjoining Rooms, All Office, Meeting And Lounge Units, As Well As The Special Event And Canteen Areas, Are Supplied With Freely Hanging Ceiling Sails For Heating And Cooling. The Cooling Is Generated Via Two Cooling Machines In The Heating And Cooling Center. The Recooling Takes Place With Two Water-Cooled Recooling Plants On The Roof. Following The Buffering (Max. 12 M³), ​​Distribution Takes Place Via Two Outlets For Radiant Ceiling Panels East And West (As With Heating). No Further Central Consumers Are Planned. The Refrigerant R515 B Is Used. The Distribution Takes Place From The Headquarters In The East And West Directions To The Six Stairwells. A Shaft For Riser Distribution Is Arranged On The Side Of Each Of These Floors (12 Per Floor, 5 Floors). There, For Each Office Finger, Each Of Which Is Assigned A Shaft, A Switchover Between Heating And Cooling Takes Place On A 2-Pipe System. Two Heating Circuit Distributors Per Shaft Are Then Fed, Which Supply All The Ceiling Panels Of An Office Finger Via Individual Distributions From The Shaft And Via Individual Room Control. These Shafts Also Contain The Risers For The Ventilation Systems On The Roof, Which Feed Their Air Heaters. The Distribution On The Ground Floor Is Parallel To The Radiant Ceiling Panels. Air Conditioning Split Units For Electrical Engineering Rooms Will Also Be Installed In The Building. Several Indoor Units, Which Are Located One Above The Other In Each Room, Are Connected To An Outdoor Unit. The Refrigerant R410 A Is Used. All Pipe Systems Must Be Insulated According To Geg Specifications And Fire Protection Measures As Well As Professional Fastening Technology Must Be Taken Into Account. All General Requirements Listed Regarding The Award Unit Must Also Be Observed.
