Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Offer Of Cooperation On Operation And Delivery Of Inspected Driving (Passenger Transport). Dragør And Tårnby Municipalities Jointly Offer A Formal Relational Contract Regarding Operation And Delivery Of Municipal Transport For Citizens Who Have Been Searched For Passenger Transport, Either As A Fixed, Route-Based Transport Or As A Variable Transport. The Municipality And The Supplier Undertake A Close And Trust-Based Cooperation With A View To Achieving Common Goals Of Quality In The Driving Task, Continuity In The Driving And Staffing, Operational And Supply Security And Cost Efficiency. More Specifically, The Offer Includes The Following Types Of Driving: • Driving Citizens To Day Care Centers And Children To School, Where There Is A Fixed Driving Pattern. This Is A Regular Scheduled Service. • Driving Citizens To Rehabilitation And Dental Care, Where There Is A Variable Driving Pattern. This Is About Driving That Is Ordered From Time To Time Or As Fixed Orders Of Variable Driving For A Longer Period. Excluded From The Tender Are The Transport Of Citizens By Taxi, Where There Is A Fixed Driving Pattern, As Well As Transport To Institutions Etc. (E.G. Schools) That Are Located Outside Dragør And Tårnby Municipalities, As These Runs Are Covered By Other Contracts. From The Start Of The Contract, The Tenderer Must Have Administrative And Planning Resources To Carry Out The Winning Driving Task, Including Having Wagons And Drivers To Carry Out The Winning Driving Task. Implementation Takes Place In The Municipalities According To The Plans For Implementation Agreed With The Winning Tenderer. The Municipalities Expect The Supplier To Have Started School Transport To Kastrupgårdsskolen From 1 October 2026, When The Current Contract Expires. Driving To Day Care, Dental Care And Rehabilitation Is Expected To Start From 1 December 2026 At The Latest. School Driving To Tårnbygårdsskolen And Kirstinehøjskolen Will Only Start From 1 October 2027, When The Clients Current Contract Expires. There Is One Winner Of The Tender, But The Municipalities Each Enter Into An Individual Contract With The Winning Tenderer. The Contracts Entered Into With The Municipalities Are Identical And Based On The Contract In The Tender Documents. The Tender Is A Retender Of The First Tender (Tender Notice With Ojeu Reference: 486658-2026), Which The Ordering Party Had To Cancel By Notification On 17 July 2026, As The Ordering Party Had Been Given A Suitability Requirement Which Significantly Limited The Competition.
