The Subject Of This Order Is The Transportation Of Eligible Students From And To The Schools Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Harmanli, Namely Su Neofit Rilski, Pget Zahari Stoyanov And Ou Ivan Vazov, Primary School Aleko Konstantinov, Primary School Father Paisiy And Primary School Prolet. Students Will Be Transported Every School Day Along Specific Routes And An Agreed Timetable (Appendices To This Documentation). In The Academic Year 2026/2027, The School Days Are Approximately 189, And The Same Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Order Of The Minister Of Education And Science, Which Will Be The Basis For Concluding An Additional Agreement Between The Parties To Amend The Contract Under This Public Procurement. The Requirements For The Services That Will Be Provided Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Transportation Of Students Is Not Carried Out In The Event Of A Declared State Of Emergency And Introduced Anti-Epidemic Measures And Introduced Remote/In-Person Training For The Duration Of Their Validity. To Fulfill The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Have The Necessary Number Of Buses - Up To 22 Seats And More Than 22 Seats, With Which To Provide Transportation According To The Specified Routes. Clean Vehicles Must Meet The Definition In § 1 Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of 19.12 Of The Public Procurement, Must Not Exceed The Limit Values Specified In The Appendix To Article 3 Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of 19.12.2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. The Vehicles That Will Be Used In The Execution Of The Public Procurement Should Meet The Requirements For The Minimum Share Of Clean Vehicles In Relation To The Total Share Of Vehicles That Will Be Used For The Performance Of The Services Defined By Pms No. 356 29.12.2023, As The Same Condition Is Laid Down In The Methodology For Evaluating The Proposals Of The Participants.
