Liquid Nitrogen – Nitrogen Supply For The Multi-Purpose Demonstration Plant Biocampus Multipilot (Bmp). The Zvh Is Tendering A Nitrogen Supply For The Multi-Purpose Demonstration Plant Biocampus Multipilot (Bmp) In Straubing. Essentially, The Subject Matter Of The Present Award Procedure Includes All Necessary Planning, Delivery, Construction And Services To Realize A Self-Contained, Fully Functional Nitrogen Supply (Package Unit). As Part Of This Tender, The Contractor (Contractor) Must Provide All Necessary Services With Regard To The Design, Production, Assembly, Delivery, Setup, Connection And Commissioning Within The Specified Process Limits (In Battery Limits) Of The Nitrogen Supply. The Details Of The Scope Of Services, The Boundaries Of Individual Parts And The Interfaces Can Be Found In Appendix V2 - Nitrogen Supply Service Description (Text Part With Appendices). The Nitrogen Supply Should Consist Of A Tank To Ensure An Expected Requirement Of 500 T/A, Two Evaporators With An Output Of Approx. 300 Nm3/H Each And Three Lines With Pressure Control At 30 Mbarg, 3 Bar G And 10 Bar G, Which Represent The Transfer Points To The System. Furthermore, All Necessary Components For Safe Operation Should Be Included As Well As The Possibility Of Remote Monitoring And Preferably Also Recording Of The Fill Level. Since The Plant Can, Among Other Things, Produce Products From The Food Sector, The Nitrogen Supply Should Preferably Also Meet This Requirement With Regard To The Materials Used And The Quality Of The Nitrogen Supplied. Alternatively, It Is Possible To Submit An Offer For A Nitrogen Supply Of Technical Quality With A Purity Of At Least 99.8%. The Contract Should Be Valid For A Period Of 3 Years. What Is Desired Is A Cost Breakdown Broken Down Into Installation/Commissioning Costs, Rental Costs, Nitrogen Delivery Costs And Optional Additional Services.
