Construction Work – Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Building At Aleja Franciszka Mamuszki 14 In Sopot Into The Conference, Cultural And Educational Center. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Together With Multi-Discipline Authors Supervision And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works In Order To Implement The Task Entitled: Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Building At Aleja Franciszka Mamuszki 14 In Sopot Into The Conference, Cultural And Educational Center. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, And Then, Based On The Design, Performance Of All Construction Works And All Other Activities Necessary To Complete The Task And Then Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility. The Ordering Party Recommends, But Does Not Require, An Inspection In Order To Become Familiar With The Terms And Conditions Of The Order. Participation In The Visit Is Voluntary And Does Not Affect The Evaluation Of The Submitted Offer. Scope Of The Order: The Investment Task Consists Of 2 Parts: 1) Part I - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit (Stage I, Ii); 2) Part Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Carrying Out Authors Supervision (Stages Iii, Iv). The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of A Loan Agreement Concluded With Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Supporting The Green Transformation Of Cities (Agreement No. Zt26-00793; 234/Fn/26).
