The Waste Act; • Current Decisions (Permits) For The Processing Of Waste Covered By The Offer, Including Amending Decisions (If Applicable) In Accordance With The Above. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor, At Any Stage Of The Proceedings And During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, To Submit An Agreement Concluded With An Entity Conducting The Business Of Processing/Disposing Of Waste Covered By The Order (If Applicable).
