The Closed Joint-Stock Company Kaunos Bussai (Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchasing Entity) Intends To Purchase Concentrated Coolant For Cooling Systems Of Internal Combustion Engines Through An Unpublished Written Survey. The Object Of Purchase Is Not Divided Into Parts. Offers Must Be Submitted For The Entire Specified Object Of Purchase. The Deadline For Ordering Goods Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Agreement. At The End Of 12 (Twelve) Months For The Period Of The Order, The Contract Can Be Automatically Extended 1 (One) Time For A Period Of 6 (Six) Months. The Period Of Ordering Goods Ends After 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, With The Possibility Of Extending It Once For A Period Of 6 (Six) Months, Or When The Value Of The Goods Ordered And Purchased By The Procuring Entity Reaches The Maximum Value Of The Contract, Which The Procuring Entity, While Executing The Contract, Cannot To Exceed Whichever Of The Following Conditions Occurs First.The Term Of Delivery Of The Goods Is Specified In Annex 1 Of The Purchase Conditions Technical Specification.
