The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Identify Successful Offers From Suitable Suppliers Of Different Types Of Biomass (Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel) With The Aim Of Concluding Purchase Agreements. This Is A Competition In Accordance With § 1009 - § 1013 Of The Law Of Obligations Act.The Buyer Identifies Successful Offers From Suitable Sellers Of Different Types Of Biomass (Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel) With The Aim Of Concluding Purchase Agreements. The Fuel Will Be Delivered By The Successful Bidder(S) By Cars According To The Buyers Request To The Baltic Power Plant, Auvere Power Plant Or Eesti Power Plant Biocomplex, Where The Quantity Of Fuel Will Be Weighed And A Representative Sample Of The Fuel Will Be Taken From Each Load To Determine The Quality And Energy Content Of The Fuel.
