Tenders Are Invited For Event Transport

The Assignment Concerns The Transport By City Bus(Es) Of Public, Defense Personnel And Non-Defense Personnel To And From Events Organized By Defense. In Addition To Transport To And From The Event Site, The Necessary Supervision And Guidance During The Implementation Must Also Be Arranged. The Required Services Under This Order Consist Of The Following Components: -Transporting Public, Defense Personnel And Non-Defense Personnel With Various Types Of Articulated And Unarticulated City Buses During Events (Mainly) Organized By Defense; -Setting Up A Shuttle Service To And From The Nearest Ns Station Or Other Locations; -Providing A Main Coordinator For Conducting Explorations And Drawing Up A Traffic And Transport Plan (Including Advice On The Number And Types Of Wheelchair Buses For Required Wheelchair Transport); -Providing Traffic Controllers And Providing Traffic Resources Such As A Command Car Or A Safety Coordinator, Creating Bus Stops And Parking Areas On The Routes, Etc. (See Schedule Of Requirements); - Drawing Up And Being Able To Implement A Disaster Plan For Each Event In Order To Quickly Evacuate The Event Site In The Event Of An Emergency; -Setting Up A Bus Depot For Each Event (Central Storage Where Buses Are Parked, Cleaned, Refueled Or Charged Outside The Timetable And Where Technical Maintenance Can Be Carried Out). The Scope Of This Framework Agreement Also Includes Providing Assistance On Request By Means Of Transport With City Buses In The Event Of Emergencies Or Events Organized By Other Governments Or External Organizations, When The Defense Government Requests This.
