Through This Tender For Lots 1 To 3, The Collaboration Organization For Vocational Education And Industry (Sbb) Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement Per Lot With A Maximum Of 2 Contractors For It Services In The Field Of Technical Infrastructure, Applications And Development, And Data And Integration. For Lot 4, Sbb Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 1 Contractor For Broker Services With Regard To Other It Functions. All Entrepreneurs Who Meet The Requirements Are Invited To Submit An Application. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Total Contract Is Estimated At € 20,000,000 For A Period Of 4 Years For All Plots. See The Selection Guidelines For The Estimated Size Per Plot. The Size Mentioned Above Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. Collaboration Organization Vocational Education And Business Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Will Be €36,500,000. When This Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated And A New Tender Will Be Issued.
