The Aim Of This Tender Is To Guarantee The Continuity Of The Supply Of Catering Products For The Coming Years. This Concerns Food And Non-Food Products For The Catering Facilities At The Hhr Head Office. The Order Includes The Supply Of Catering Products For The Daily Lunch Provision And Banqueting Activities In The Company Restaurant And Meeting Rooms At Hhrs Head Office. Three (3) Different Customer Numbers Are Used For The Following Product Range Groups: Food; Banqueting; Cleaning/Non-Food Products. Core Range: The Client Has Established A Core Range For These Product Groups Based On Historical Purchase Data. This Range Contains The Products That Must Be Delivered To Order During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The List Is Included In Appendix 2 (Rates Sheet) To These Registration Guidelines. Peripheral Range: In Addition To The Core Range, The Client Needs A Broad And Deep Additional Range Of Catering Products Within The Product Groups Included In Table 1. The Peripheral Range Must Also Include A Wide Range Of Products With One Or More Of The 13 Top Quality Marks In The Areas Of The Environment, Animal Welfare And People And Work.
